Sabine has worked more generally with trauma, depression, child and adolescent mental health, and eating disorders. Sabine also provides support for perfectionism, body image concerns, general life transitions and stress, processing past experiences, physical pain management, and relationship issues. She serves adolescents, college students, adults, and older adults with special interests in perinatal, multiracial, and neurodivergent populations.
Clinical Intern (she/her/hers)
Sabine views therapy as a collaborative process. She is passionate about helping each client feel advocated for and empowered in reaching their definition of resiliency and wellness. Sabine’s approach to healing is grounded in individualized and values-based CBT that challenges her clients to grow not only their tool box but their insight, self-acceptance, and self-compassion to take meaningful steps towards change. She flexibly blends elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), interpersonal processing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet clients where they are and best support the needs of their healing journey. Sabine strives to create a practice that is trauma-informed, identity affirming, and culturally relevant to each person.
