Natalie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor with 20 years of experience. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life. Natalie fosters a therapeutic relationship based on authenticity, collaboration, and mutual respect. She is invested in helping clients overcome challenges to achieve their personal goals.
Natalie provides treatment for a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, panic, relationship stress, substance use, low self esteem, dysphoria, grief, life transitions, trauma/PTSD, and caregiving stress. She also has extensive experience helping adolescents and young adults navigate the challenges that occur during these phases of life. Natalie utilizes a trauma informed approach though CBT, ACT, MI, DBT and EMDR Therapy modalities.
Natalie believes in the power of supporting and celebrating people for who they are. She has an affirmative approach with all clients and has years of experience working with gender diverse adolescents and adults.
