Molly Watson, LCSW  (she/her/hers)

Molly Watson is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience working with children, adults and families. She specializes in supporting clients through grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting and family stressors, OCD, ADHD and life transitions. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), play therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions--- while maintaining a trauma-informed and strength-based perspective. 

 

Molly is committed to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and challenges.  She believes in the importance of fostering comfort with vulnerability as a pathway to healing, growing, and wholeness. Guided by compassion and clinical expertise, Molly strives to help individuals and families reach their full potential by cultivating resilience, self-awareness and meaningful change. Molly is passionate about inclusivity and believes that all individuals deserve to experience healing and growth.
