Anne Perry, LPC (she/her/hers)
Anne is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified EMDR therapist. Anne believes that counseling is an opportunity for self-exploration, growth, and healing through therapeutic processing. Anne incorporates a trauma-informed approach to counseling with a variety of evidence-based treatment models, including EMDR therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, internal family systems (IFS) therapy, and interpersonal processing therapy. She understands that issues regarding mental health can stem from emotional, behavioral, cognitive, social, and somatic factors. For this reason, she believes that an eclectic approach to therapy can help individuals develop awareness, heal from past experiences, and feel empowered to work towards change.

Anne works with adults seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life transition, and other mental health concerns. She is skilled in working with adults from all walks of life, including university students and the LGBTQIA+ population. Anne specializes in affirmative care for trans and non-binary people who are seeking support in transitioning.
Anne works to establish trusting, non-judgmental relationships with clients, and strives to create a space where individuals can feel safe to work through personal adversity.
