Anne Perry, LPC (she/her/hers)
Anne is a trauma-informed therapist who works to establish trusting, non-judgemental, and collaborative relationships with her clients. She strives to create a space where individuals can feel safe and empowered while working towards their therapeutic goals. Anne believes that counseling is an opportunity for self-exploration, growth, and healing through therapeutic processing. She understands that issues regarding mental health can stem from emotional, behavioral, cognitive, social, and somatic factors. For this reason, she believes that an eclectic approach to therapy can help individuals develop awareness, heal from past experiences, and feel empowered to work towards change.

Anne is a certified EMDR therapist, who has specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Trauma, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Anne integrates trauma-informed perspectives into a variety of other evidence-based treatment models, and tailors these theoretical orientations to meet the unique needs of each individual or family.

Anne works with young children and their parents or caregivers, college students, and adults. She has specialized training working with neurodivergent individuals. She also specializes in providing affirming, inclusive care for LGBTQ+ individuals, with specific training in providing care for trans and non-binary individuals who are seeking support with transitioning. Anne enjoys providing therapy for individuals who are seeking support for trauma, healing from past experiences, attachment issues, relationship concerns, life transitions, emotional regulation, and neurodivergent-related adjustments.
