Caroline is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces that honor each client’s cultural context and lived experience. Caroline partners with clients to identify meaningful goals and develop practical tools that support lasting change. She empowers individuals to build on their strengths to navigate challenges.
Caroline integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Caroline has experience in supporting clients with anxiety, school related issues, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and life transitions. In addition, she works with neurodivergent individuals, providing individualized support that promotes emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and social connection. Caroline offers a warm, collaborative approach rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a belief in every person’s capacity for growth.
