Sara Jordan, PhD, LPC, ATR-BC  (she/her/hers)

Sara has been working in the field of counseling for over 20 years and has received her PhD from the European Graduate School in Switzerland. Seeing life through the lenses of creativity and empathy enhances her work with a variety of people. Sara’s style is best described as nurturing and direct. When you meet with Sara, you will find her approachable and with a bias toward healing. 


Dr. Jordan specializes in working with those who have depression and anxiety, experienced trauma, addiction, as well as disordered eating, OCD, sensory issues, LGBTQ+ community and ADHD. Sara works well with high school and college students, PhD candidates, and other working professionals. Sara has experience working with children ages 9+, teens, adults, couples and families. Sara uses a variety of treatment modalities to support dynamics of compassion and change; using therapies such as Expressive Arts Therapy, Art Therapy, and DBT. Sara also enjoys traditional talk therapy and mediation strategies to achieve counseling needs.
