Lisa is a licensed professional counselor with more than 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. Lisa believes in a systemic approach to therapy and seeks to address people not only as individuals but also as part of a larger system, teaching them to recognize their interactional patterns within relationships.

Lisa utilizes a variety of different, strength-based, therapy techniques. One of Lisa’s primary approaches to treatment involves solution-focused cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients recognize how negative thoughts and habits impact mood, physical health, and overall well-being. Lisa focuses on treating depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma recovery. She is also skilled in collaborating with families to address bullying, academic struggles, peer relationships at school. Lisa can also assist with issues involving child protective services, foster care, and the youth justice system.
